Support in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia

For customers with pan-Baltic operations we offer centralized technical support in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia via a single support agreement for all countries and uniform SLA commitments. We will provide consultations and arrange for the necessary inspections and preparation of the necessary documents.

On-premise maintenance

If the system fault cannot be resolved through consultation and remote connection, a service engineer is dispatched to resolve the issue, with the goal of resolving the fault in the shortest possible time. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, temporary replacement equipment is offered to allow operations to continue.

Preventative maintenance

Preventive checks of retail systems help ensure smooth operation of stores, eliminating possible malfunctions. Our service specialists will check the equipment, assess the system’s performance, and perform the necessary software maintenance and updates. The frequency of preventive checks depends on the terms of the contract and is performed at least every 12 months.

We provide warranty and post-warranty service for all equipment.
